Several weeks ago, my family spent the day out in Pasadena. First stop, the LA Cookie Con & Sweets Show at the Pasadena Convention Center. We arrived just in time to see Ron Ben-Israel, host of the Food Network’s TV show "Sweet Genius" at the opening festivities. It was neat to hear him speak & perform the ribbon cutting ceremony.
