Celebrate the Blu-ray Release of Elio with Intergalactic Treats from B Sweet!

Get ready to go on an interstellar adventure because “Elio” has arrived in stores today on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD!

The latest chapter in Disney and Pixar’s storytelling legacy will fulfill your sense of wonder about outer space when alien-obsessed Elio Solís suddenly has a close encounter of the intergalactic kind. After trying everything to contact extraterrestrials, Elio is thrilled when they not only respond, but beam him up to their cosmic “Communiverse”. Imagine his surprise when other planetary powers-that-be assume he is the leader of Earth! Elio’s experience in the Communiverse not only expands his horizons but teaches him how important it is to build connections with loved ones back on Earth.

The digital and Blu-ray offer hours of exclusive bonus content including astronautic and artistic featurettes plus a gag reel, deleted scenes, and a peek at Pixar’s Easter Egg and fun facts!

The 4K UHD will be available in a collectible limited edition SteelBook® with astronomically appealing artwork and packaging, displaying the beauty and wonder of Elio’s adventure, along with a couple of his new extraterrestrial friends.

I watched the film with my daughter in the movie theater, and we both thought it was funny, action-packed and cute. was super cute! The theme of being the odd man out fitting and trying desperately to fit in, really resonated with me. I’m so glad to have the Digital version so that I can play it for my dad who is an Amateur Radio (aka ham radio) enthusiast. If you’ve seen the film or watched the trailer, then you know there is a subplot about ham radio.

Now for fans who live in SoCal, there’s an awesome collaboration happening at B Sweet Dessert Bar on Sawtelle Blvd in Los Angeles.

To celebrate the release of “Elio” on Digital, Blu-ray and DVD, Chef Barb and her team at B Sweet, have whipped up some out of this world pastries and drinks!

Last week, I attended a media preview where I met with Yonas Ascunsion Kibreab (voice actor for the titular role of Elio) and Chef Barb (a fellow Filipina) of B Sweet!
