Calling all fans of the Predator science-fiction movie franchise! Did you know that the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD versions of Predator: Badlands will be released on February 17?
Bring home a bold new chapter in the Predator saga! This latest iteration proves to be the most exciting and heart pounding yet.
The film dives deep into Yautja lore by introducing new characters Dek (newcomer Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi) and Thia (Elle Fanning), following them on an underdog hero’s journey shaped by an unlikely alliance. The film blends themes of survival and self-discovery with intense action sequences, amazing visual effects, and moments of humor.
Set in the future on a deadly remote planet, “Predator: Badlands” follows Dek, a young Predator outcast from his clan, who finds an unlikely ally in Thia and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.
I’m an admirer of Elle Fanning’s work and used to seeing her in dramas (A Complete Unknown) and dark comedies (“The Great”). Watching her perform stunts in this action-packed film was so cool!
There are so many incredible features on both the Digital and Blu-ray versions. Also, for the ultimate Predator fan, there is a limited edition 4K SteelBook with impressive graphics from the movie!
I enjoyed watching the behind-the-scenes featurettes and learning about the technical aspects of filming this huge production!
