Roles are swapped once more in Disney’s “Freakier Friday,” the all-new family comedy that flips perspectives and delivers laugh-out-loud, out-of-body chaos. The film arrives November 11 on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD.
The original “Freaky Friday” with Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan featured the rebellious teenage daughter Anna (Lohan) swapping bodies with her mom Tess (Curtis) after they ate a magical fortune cookie from a Chinese restaurant.
This hilarious sequel brings the mother and daughter back to swap again in a brand-new way, showing heart and humor to a new generation!
“Freakier Friday” picks up years after Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Anna (Lindsay Lohan) endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
There are so many special features on both the Digital and Blu-ray versions. I enjoyed watching the behind-the-scenes featurettes and seeing the deleted scenes with both new and returning cast members!

What a cute movie this will be. I will take the grandkids to see this one.
I really loved this. Sequels are usually worse, not better, but I thoroughly enjoyed Freakier Friday. I can’t wait to snag this for my collection!

Omg the nostalgia. I love the first one. I’m so happy to see Lindsay and Jaime on screen again. They make amazing work.
This will be something fun anf lighthearted that I can watch with my teens. It is something we still like to do on a weekend, have a movie night with popcorn.
I saw this advertised and never got to see it when it came out. I know this is a film me and my daughter would both love. I can see a popcorn marthon coming on

I really enjoyed Freakier Friday! I did not realize it was coming on Blu Ray so soon after being in cinema.
Ooh I am so excited for it to be releaed on Blu-Ray! My sister and mom and I all saw this in theaters over the summer and it is SO good! Plus it made me nostalgic for the first one!
OMG, I wanted to go see this with my girls when it was at the movies and completely forgot. So glad to hear the blu-ray is now available. I’m going to get one and do a movie night!!!!!!!!

ammmazing….It brings so many memories, wow! The Freakier Friday is amazing…I missed seeing the sequel it when it was released, I can’t wait to see it…I love Lindsay Lohan.

I have not seen the sequel yet but did love the first one and am a huge Lindsey Lohan fan 😉 I have to say I adored the original Freaky Friday movie from when I was kid…. the originals are always the best 😉 I will be checking for this one as it is a good one to watch with the kiddos!
