Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train Live: Buddy’s Big Adventure

It was exactly 3 years ago that I accompanied my daughter’s kindergarten class on a field trip to watch “Seussical the Musical!” at the Valley Performing Arts Center located on the campus of Cal State University Northridge. This was a treat not only for my daughter & her classmates but also for the adults who were chaperoning. We were just as excited as the kids to watch this performance inside of the brand new Valley Performing Arts Center (VPAC) which had just opened in January 2011. Fast forward to 2015 & the Valley Performing Arts Center continues to host world class children’s musical theater.

Next month, Jim Henson’s Dinosaur Train Live: Buddy’s Big Adventure will come to life on stage at the Valley Performing Arts Center in Northridge on February 7, 2015, at 1:00pm & 4:00pm.

Kids can join Buddy, Tiny, King, Don & more in a fun-filled, interactive & immersive live trip back in time to an age when dinosaurs roamed the earth….AND rode in trains! Los Angeles fans of this hit PBS series will get to see it here for the first time in the San Fernando Valley’s very own “crown jewel” of cultural arts.
