The Next Chapter - Italy

“Book Club: The Next Chapter” opens today just in time for Mother’s Day weekend! Diane Keaton, Jane Fonda, Candice Bergen, and Mary Steenburgen are reunited in the sequel to “Book Club” which premiered in 2018. In preparation for the movie screening, I rewatched the original (on Paramount Plus) and dare I say that I liked the sequel even more than the first one. The women really shine in this sequel. Also, I liked that this movie focused … [Read more...]

World of Barbie Pop-up_worker photographs influencers

A wave of nostalgia hit me the minute I stepped into the World of Barbie. I grew up playing with dolls and was obsessed with all Barbie products – the Dreamhouse, her car, clothes and shoes. I loved to make up little stories in my head while Barbie and her friends walked around Barbie’s house. So when I heard that the World of Barbie pop-up tour was coming to Los Angeles, I just knew that I had to visit! My mom bought me my first Barbie. … [Read more...]

Are You There God? It's Me Margaret_poster

As a sixth-grader, I was a huge reader of books. I was (and still remain) a big fan of Judy Blume’s books. So when I found out that “Are You There God? Last week, I was invited to screen the movie in LA and I’m happy to say that it exceeded my … [Read more...]
