If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you know that I am a salty snack person. Hubby & kiddo love the sweet stuff, but I’m a chips & salsa (AND guacamole) kind of girl. So when I was introduced to the NAKED Infusions product line last month, I did a little happy dance in my kitchen, especially after tasting the Fire Roasted Garlic salsa.
Selene Kepila uses only the freshest ingredients grown by local California farmers to make her salsas. She is so creative in the flavor profiles of her product line. I remember taking two salsa jars to a recent pool party at my daughter’s friend’s house. I couldn’t decide on which flavor to bring but ultimately decided on bringing Black Silk Espresso & California Burnt Sage.
All of the moms snacked on chips & salsa while the kids ran around. Everyone remarked how delicious it tasted. You could taste the hint of sage in the California Burnt Sage salsa. I have to admit being a little skeptical about the Black Silk Espresso salsa, but it was a hit at the party! The subtle taste of the espresso bean actually complemented the organic tomatoes, jalapeno & garlic flavors of the salsa.
I am so thrilled that this local San Fernando Valley based company (click here to read the owner’s spotlight on my blog) has such a creative product line of salsas. Some of NAKED Infusions other salsa flavors include: Signature Ripe Tomato, Rustic Blue Cheese, Oaxaca White Chocolate & Signature Ripe Tomato (Extra Hot). One thing to note, when they say “Extra Hot” it really is extra hot, but oh so good!
If you’d like to try their salsa products, click on over to their website for retailer locations. I do know that if you live in SoCal, their products are sold in Sprouts & Whole Foods. You can also get the latest & greatest info from their Facebook or Twitter accounts.
Tell me, which NAKED Infusions salsa flavor would you like to try?

These look amazing! I’m a sucker for blue cheese and I’m planning to get to Sprouts this week to look for the Rustic Blue Cheese Salsa. I bet it would be fantastic on grilled chicken!

Oooh, that’s a GREAT idea to try it on chicken! Will have to try that! Thanks for suggestion. 🙂

To choose, hum? They all sound so yummy, I would go with the og signature since I always punch up my guacamole with tons of ingredients.
Jennifer says
Good choice, can’t go wrong with that! 😉

Funny…We’ve been seeing this brand everywhere lately…but we saw them first a while ago at a farmer’s market over at Pierce College when they were barely starting! It was super yummy!
Jennifer says
That totally makes sense that they were showcased at Pierce since the company is based in Calabasas. You should definitely go buy some at Whole Foods. The salsa is SO good!
