In honor Jack LaLanne’s legacy and Elaine LaLanne’s recent 98th birthday, fitness celebrities will lead IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo attendees, along with many LaLanne fans worldwide (via live streaming), in the “Jack LaLanne Jumping Jacks Challenge” (JLJJC)!

The event will take place on July 12, 2024 at 1pm Pacific. The fitness celebrities and influencers who will attend include:

For those unable to attend the LA event, the JLJJC will be live streamed worldwide. All virtual participants will be counted in the record if they register online via: https://bit.ly/JumpingJackChallenge and provide video evidence.
IDEA World also features a special two-day Healthy Aging track highlighted with Keynote Speakers Cody Sipe and Colin Milner addressing “Functional Aging from Science to Practice: Where Do We Go From Here?” and “Healthy Aging: The Great Distrupter”, respectively in addition to twenty additional sessions by respected leaders in the field.

The IDEA World Fitness & Nutrition Expo sounds like an exciting event! The “Jack LaLanne Jumping Jacks Challenge” to honor Jack LaLanne’s legacy and Elaine LaLanne’s 98th birthday is inspiring. It’s great to see fitness celebrities and enthusiasts coming together for such a fun and record-breaking challenge.
I wish I was attending Idea this year but I have a wedding to attend. I will have to join the jumping jack event online.
This is a nice event for this month especially this month we celebrate the nutrition. This event help people to be physically fit and have a healthy lifestyle.
WOW! I love the idea of this expo. Fitness and Nutrition have always been important for me and as I get older I want to learn how to integrate things more suited. And Elaine LaLanne is such an inspiration.

WOW, how cool is this event. I may try to attend online I think my kids and I would get a kick out of doing this plus it’s a good way to get some exercise in.
