What do the words alley-oop, 180, kickflip and tail slide have in common? These are skateboarding tricks, some of which you may see at this month’s X Games held in Ventura, CA.

X Games, the leading action sports competition and lifestyle brand, returns to the Ventura County Fairgrounds from June 28 – 30 for three days of non-stop action sports, music, and festival experiences for fans of all ages!
Festival experiences include special musical guest performances, art installations, immersive brand experiences, and a variety of California-based fan favorite food trucks.

Highlights include:
- Epic Performances: Wiz Khalifa will take the stage on Friday night, while Kaskade will bring his signature beats on Saturday night. With nine artists performing throughout the weekend, the music lineup is set to keep the energy high and the crowds engaged.
- Premier Action Sports: Enjoy the thrill of skateboarding, BMX, and the debut of Women’s BMX events, among other exciting competitions.
- Expanded Experience: This year’s event is twice the size of last year’s, offering improved viewing options, interactive fan experiences, and a diverse range of entertainment.
X Games celebrates women’s sports with the debut of Women’s BMX Park in Ventura as a medaled event. The field of invited riders will include several Olympians, including Team USA’s Hannah Roberts who earned silver at Tokyo 2020. Additionally, Women’s Skateboard Vert Best Trick will make its debut this year.
X Games Ventura, presented by Sonic, takes place June 28-30, 2024.
