When I first walked into Sloan’s Ice Cream store, I was blown away by all of the eye candy (pun intended)! It is like a dream come true for people with a sweet tooth (aka my husband & daughter).
We were fortunate to get a behind the scenes tour of the very first Sloan’s Ice Cream store in the Los Angeles area. How lucky are we that it is also in the San Fernando Valley, located at The Village at Westfield Topanga!
The décor inside the store is amazing! It’s like a cross between a room inside Willy Wonka’s factory & an FAO Schwartz. There are stuffed animals & gift items that had my daughter begging for me to buy it for her or to use her allowance for ‘em.
The real star is the food! They make fresh fudge every week in-house. They use premium Belgium chocolate. The most popular flavor is the jelly donut, which I have to say is really yummy. You can taste the delicious jelly in each bite!
At Sloan’s Ice Cream they only serve luxury ice cream made with premium ingredients.
Waffle cones are made fresh daily in-house.
Of course for some folks, you need coffee to go with your sweet treat. At Sloan’s they serve black organic dark roast coffee. Also if you order a 16 oz. coffee, then you get a free donut!
I know my daughter just loved visiting Sloan’s & whenever we visit The Village at Westfield Topanga, it’s a store that we must pop into! Speaking of kids, Sloan’s Ice Cream store hosts birthday parties at their Florida locations. A little birdie told me that Woodland Hills will host parties in the near future!
I think this Circus Box Sundae would make a great party treat, don’t you?

Wow! What a cute store! That circus box sundae is an adorable idea for a celebration. Now I am so hungry for Pralines and Cream (one of my faves)!

It is a super cute store! I’m actually considering having my daughter’s next birthday party here or at least getting the sweet treats from Sloan’s Ice Cream. 🙂
