The Yoga Expo LA is taking place this Saturday, January 5th at the Pasadena Convention Center.
For those who follow my blog, you’ll know that I love attending fitness events, like the LIVESTRONG Event that had thousands participating in a Plank Strong Challenge at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena or the time I attended the Bloom Summit a one-day wellness & beauty retreat at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
At The Yoga Expo LA there will be yoga classes for everyone at ALL skill levels. This one-day event will offer a variety of 50-minute classes for beginners, advanced yogis, kids & anyone in between. Tickets are only $35 & you can roll out your mat as many times as you want!

I love the LA Yoga Expo! It’s very well organized with many interesting workshops and exhibitors! I love taking back to back classes all day and especially connecting with my fellow yogis!

I love your blog and your post about the Yoga Expo, it made me excited for all the things to expect this weekend! I think I’m most excited about the sound bath healing stage, I have only done a sound bath once or twice but I think they are incredible!
