Christmas is a special holiday in my family. Every year I get together with my extended family for a festive dinner at my cousin’s house.
We love comfort food (in moderation) in our family & I always bring my Cheesy Corn Casserole to the holiday party. It is a big hit, especially with the little ones!
Cheesy Corn Casserole
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 60 minutes
1 cup Anthony’s Penne Pasta (uncooked)
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole-kernel corn (not drained)
1/4 cup butter, sliced
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Grease casserole dish & set aside
Mix creamed corn, whole-kernel corn & uncooked penne past in a medium bowl
Add butter & cheese
Place in casserole dish & cover
Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover & stir, then bake for 30 more minutes.
As you can see, it’s an easy dish to make & is sure to please your family & friends at your next holiday gathering!
