The Mission Belt: A Stylish Belt with a #SocialGood Mission

Posted on October 28, 2014 | Filed Under: Social Good | Tags: Mission Belt, no holes belt, social good | Leave a Comment

Product was provided for this post as part of an opportunity with The Brand Connection. All opinions expressed are my own.

My husband rotates between two belts on a regular basis with his office slacks, jeans & cargo shorts. Since he has lost about 15-20 pounds in the last year, he has had to cinch up his belt even more, getting down to the last belt hole. It was looking like he’d need a new belt at a different belt size. That’s when I heard about the revolutionary “no-hole” Mission Belt.

This belt is the perfect fit for him because it adjusts every quarter-inch unlike traditional belts that only have holes every one inch. So if you lose or gain a few pounds (something that is quite possible with the Thanksgiving & winter holidays coming up), the Mission Belt can adjust to your needs. How does that work, you ask? Check out this video to see how the “no-hole” belt works with a few quick clicks!

The leather belts come in an array of colors. My husband chose basic black so that it can go with anything that he wears. However for someone who wants a belt with a little more style & flair, there are plenty to choose from at Mission Belt Co. The buckle itself comes in a variety of finishes – bronze, gold, iron & alloy, as well as a variety of colors. For the sports enthusiast, you can even get a belt with a NBA or NCAA logo!

This belt pairs perfectly with jeans. With so many styles to choose from, I just bet that the man in your life (whether it’s your hubby, boyfriend or son) will want one of these belts!  Also did you know that there is a social good component that is related to the Mission Belt?

When you buy a Mission Belt, you are also becoming a part of a great philanthropic effort, otherwise known as “The Mission.” A dollar from every Mission Belt goes to help families in need. So when you purchase a Mission Belt, not only will you look good in it, but you can feel good in it knowing that you are helping to fight global hunger & poverty.

Disclosure: No monetary compensation was received for this post. I received a complimentary belt which helped facilitate this review. All images are mine unless otherwise noted. As always, my opinions are 100% my own.
