SFV Essentials + doTERRA Oils Giveaway!

Posted on December 8, 2015 | Filed Under: Product Reviews | Tags: doTERRA, essential oils, health and wellness products | 32 Comments

It seems like so many people that I know are into essential oils. I was first introduced to dōTERRA Essential Oils by a family member who lives out of state. I was having pain in my right elbow due to too much computer work. It was starting to feel tingly & numb down my arm, even to my hands! She had me use a Deep Blue essential oil from dōTERRA, as well as their Frankincense essential oil. Those two oils, combined with the Deep Blue cream really helped manage my pain. It didn’t completely remove the pain, but it did help it subside.

dōTERRA_productsI am allergic to every pollen & grass that you can imagine, in addition to pet dander. I have found that Breathe dōTERRA Essential Oil helps with my sinus problems. I know several folks who use On Guard dōTERRA Essential Oil to help boost their immune system. My family also likes to use Peppermint &/or Lavender oils for their calming properties. [Disclaimer: I am not a health care professional. If you have any questions or concerns about essential oils as it relates to your health, please consult with a physician or other health-care professional to determine if this is right for you.]

dōTERRA_Breathe and CitrusI’ve used different approaches to treat my plantar fasciitis – prescription medicine to treat the inflammation & swelling, stretching, rolling a tennis ball under the foot, yoga, foot massage/reflexology, oils, etc. Call it what you want – alternative, Eastern or holistic medicine, I’m a believer in it as my family has used different treatments over the years. My grandmother practices reflexology on family/friends, my mother used acupuncture to treat her carpal tunnel syndrome & I use essential oils. Everyone is different & only you can decide what works for you or your family. However, those who do use essential oils, especially the ones from dōTERRA, seem to LOVE it a lot! If you are reading this article, I am sure you know at least one person (even if it is six degrees of separation) who loves their essential oils.  🙂

dōTERRA_Deep BlueHere is a little background about dōTERRA Essential Oils: dōTERRA (CPTG) Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils represent the safest, purest, and most beneficial essential oils available today. Each oil provides the living essence of its source, gently distilled from plants that are nurtured and carefully harvested throughout the world. Every oil is subjected to strict standards of purity and potency as well as a battery of thorough testing. A beautiful palate of botanical energies, they can be used individually or blended for personalized essential oil therapies.

dōTERRA_oilsI recently attended a workshop hosted by SFV Essentials. From what I observed, using essential oils can be both profoundly simple & life changing at the same time. Working with someone who has used essential oils before will help first-time users have a more beneficial & enjoyable experience. A large amount of information is readily available for those desiring to increase their knowledge of essential oil applications.

The moms (and one grandma!) at SFV Essentials have been educating families in the Valley & beyond about the uses & benefits of essential oils for the last year & a half. They are moms who wanted a more natural way to take care of their families’ health & found an answer in dōTERRA. They believe strongly in natural solutions & have seen first hand the difference essential oils can make in the physical & emotional health of families. They provide classes, workshops, craft events, one on one consults & more!

dōTERRA_SFV EssentialsSounds great, right?! How would you like to take a class or workshop from SFV Essentials? To view the events that are taking place this month, check out the SFV Essentials event page here. Why there is even a holiday class/event taking place this Saturday in the North Valley! To help sweeten the deal for my readers, SFV Essentials will offer a FREE 5ml bottle of Wild Orange to anyone who attends a class and mentions “Real Mom of SFV.” Also, if you bring a friend, you will both get a mini sample kit. Just follow this link to the SFV Essentials event page where you can choose a class, RSVP and get the details.

You can also host a class through SFV Essentials & earn even more free oils! All you have to do is invite some friends & the SFV Essential’s team takes care of the rest!
