Sesame Ginger Salad at The Habit Burger Grill

Posted on February 14, 2018 | Filed Under: Food | Tags: Sesame Ginger Salad, The Habit, The Habit Burger Grill | 1 Comment

Salads or burgers – which do you prefer? Why not both! My family’s favorite burger joint, The Habit Burger Grill, recently introduced a new Asian-inspired salad that is packed with flavor.

Sesame Ginger Salad The Habit

My hubby & daughter love The Habit’s fries & CharBurger with cheese.

CharBurgers The Habit

The CharBurger is typically my go-to meal at The Habit – I just love the taste of a chargrilled beef patty (not fried, like other places). Occasionally I switch things up & order their Golden Chicken Sandwich or Caesar Salad. When I heard about their new Sesame Ginger Salad, I just had to try it!

This salad is made with lettuce, carrots, cilantro, tomatoes, edamame & crunchy strips of wontons. It’s then tossed in a sesame ginger dressing. You have the option of adding protein to the salad – either chicken or ahi tuna. I opted for The Habit’s chargrilled chicken. Then to top it all off, a teriyaki sauce is drizzled all over. It’s delish!

The salad is very filling. In fact, I split it with my hubby (who thought it was yummy as well). Of course, I had to take a few bites of his Charburger with cheese (sharing is caring, right?). 😉 Fortunately my daughter didn’t finish all of her fries, so I got to nibble on those too.

The Sesame Ginger Salad is available now at The Habit Burger Grill for a limited time. I would definitely recommend it & for my vegetarian friends, I’d suggest ordering it without the chicken or ahi tuna. This new salad is so tasty that I could order it again & again…and definitely make it a habit! 😉
