The Yoga Expo LA is taking place this Saturday, January 11th at the Pasadena Convention Center. This all-day event will feature yoga and meditation classes, presentations, live music and a wellness marketplace.
I attended this event several years ago and had a great time! I’m looking forward to this Saturday and being with a community of people who are striving for personal growth in their yoga practice and self-discovery.
A general admission ticket will give you access to all-day yoga classes. Whether you’re a beginner, advanced yogi, or anything in between, Yoga Expo LA will have something for everyone!
One of the sessions that I can’t wait to take is Adrienne Bawa’s Sound Bath Experience, which takes place at 11:10am at the Main Stage.
What else will you get with your $70 General Admission ticket? Let’s break it down!
- Meditation: These classes will combine impactful meditation methods with age-old spiritual insights customized for the modern era.
- Panel Discussions: There will be health and wellness presentations featuring industry leaders.
- Live Music: Enjoy performances by musicians and soulful music spun by DJs that will elevate your spirit.
- Kids and Family Yoga: Introduce your kids to the wonders of yoga and have a blast. There will be children’s yoga classes and mindfulness exercises.
- Marketplace: Discover a variety of more than 125 local, national, and international brands featuring yoga apparel and accessories, holistic health and wellness items, and more!
- Organic Foods & Beverages Sampling: From organic and vegan to vegetarian, clean, non-GMO, and gluten-free options – you’ll find a diverse selection of healthy food, drinks, and treats available for purchase or sampling.
Attending Yoga Expo LA is a great way to kick off the new year with intention surrounded by a supportive community. You won’t want to miss this powerful event! Click here to purchase your tickets.
