Spread the Love is a Los Angeles based company that makes a product line of spreadable foods. They have 3 amazing items in their line – Unsalted Almond Butter, Raspberry Jam & "Naked" Organic Peanut Butter. I recently became aware of Spread the Love at the SoCal Moms Great Big Family Play Day. I met Co-founder/President, Valerie, when I was sampling the products at her booth. Gummy Vitamins for the Entire Family!
My daughter takes a daily vitamin in the morning, along with her breakfast. Since she is still at the stage where she takes chewable vitamins & liquid medicines (she’s afraid to swallow pills), then we get her gummy vitamins at our local grocery store. Try as I might to get my child to eat her daily recommended servings of fruits & vegetables, I still worry that she doesn’t get enough vitamins & minerals in her diet. Even for me … [Read more...]

Wonder Woman Review + Interview with Gal Gadot

Those were fun mother-daughter bonding moments & after I became a parent, I couldn’t help but wonder when I’d be able to create that memory with my own child. Fast-forward to present day & we … [Read more...]
Meet Meredith Madnick, Founder of Camp Helping Hands!
Meredith Madnick is the founder of Camp Helping Hands, which is a unique summer camp program that has all of the usual components of a summer camp (swimming, games, sports and arts & crafts), but there is a service-learning twist to it. When I first heard about the summer camp & what it had to offer, I found it very appealing & wanted to learn more about how the idea came about. What better way to get the scoop, then to interview … [Read more...]
