Sandbox Fitness: Come Exercise on the Beach in Sherman Oaks!
Just last week I was invited to attend classes at Sandbox Fitness in Sherman Oaks. This studio is located on Ventura Blvd, near Woodman Avenue. When you first walk inside the studio, you’ll notice right away the beach-like vibe. Giving Back to the North Valley Family YMCA

Getting Back Into the Exercise Groove
Now that my daughter is back in school, I get to resume my workouts on a regular basis. I did workout over the summer, but I have to admit that it did start to taper off. Confession: I am a gym rat. There have been periods in my life where I stopped going to the gym – pregnancy, stressful job, etc. However, in general, I live for going to the gym.
