The SoCal Wellness Summit will take place on Sunday, March 13th at the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. Presented by SoCalMoms.com and Nix Gerson Media, this day-long mini-retreat offers panel sessions, wellness experiences and expert advice covering all of this year’s most timely health and wellness topics related to food, family and fitness.
For those who follow my blog, you’ll know that I love attending health and wellness events, like PopSugar Grounded, Yoga Expo LA and a Livestrong Event that had thousands participating in a Plank Strong Challenge at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
Those fitness and health & wellness events all took place prior to the pandemic. That’s why I am so thrilled that the SoCal Wellness Summit is offering both an in-person ticket option AND a virtual wellness ticket. From fireside chats to panels and featured talks, a host of wellness experiences, plus brand meet + greets, there is so much to do and see!
For those who opt to attend virtually, you’ll be able to watch the content from the event via video from a private web platform, plus a curated wellness box will be sent directly to your home! Note: The content will be available via a personal link emailed to you the week after the event.
Your ticket includes all of the following:
- Talks + educational sessions
- Wellness services
- Wellness experiences
- Brand meet + greets
- Light lunch
- Giveaways (while supplies last)
What type of wellness experiences are there? From walking to dancing, strength sessions, core work, yoga, meditation and more. There is truly something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level and it’s the perfect opportunity to break out your favorite fitness attire. 😉 You can check out the complete schedule here!
So who wants to join me in this day of health, wellness and fun?! Purchase your tickets here: https://socalwellnessevent.com/ and use my promo code “RMSFV5” for $5 off admission!
