When my daughter was a young toddler, we would always rent a bounce house for her birthday parties. It provided endless entertainment for all the kids at the party. Usually, the bounce house was a bright (i.e. loud) color with a TV or movie character splashed across the front.
Nowadays, I’ve seen bounce houses in white or pretty pastel colors, allowing the party host to really elevate the look of a child’s birthday party. Gabriella, owner of Bounce with Me Co., knows firsthand about the colors and aesthetics of modern bounce houses and party rentals.

How/why did you begin your business?
Gabriella: I started my party rental business after planning out my daughter’s first birthday. I loved the party planning process, but I couldn’t find anyone that had exactly what I wanted and if they did, the pricing was outrageous. I wanted to provide luxury party rentals for a reasonable price.
As a working mother, what is one tip or piece of advice that you would give to other female entrepreneurs?
Gabriella: My one advice/tip would be to never forget how wildly capable you are. Your dreams/goals are never too big if you’re willing to do the work!
What do you like best about having a business in the San Fernando Valley?
Gabriella: I love meeting new people and making new connections. SFV is home to me and I love that I am able to provide my services to the area!
If there was one thing you wish you knew before you began your business, what would that be?
Gabriella: I wish I knew that when you become a business owner, you will wear many hats. You will work around the clock, and you will need to learn many different skills but at the end of the day, it is all worth it (especially when you are doing something you love).
