signage

Last week, I visited Arth Bar + Kitchen for a leisurely Sunday lunch. The stylishly decorated restaurant serves modern Indian cuisine and is located on Culver Boulevard in downtown Culver City. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the restaurant is the stunning chandelier and the full bar. One of the things that sets Arth Bar + Kitchen apart from other Indian restaurants in the area is their expansive bar and innovative cocktails. … [Read more...]

Luca and Giulia

Luca is film about two young boys (Alberto Scorfano and Luca Paguro), who are on an adventure in an Italian seaside town. The animation is excellent, it is a Pixar film after all, and the storyline is both touching and funny. My family really enjoyed watching it when it was released earlier this year on Disney Plus! Jungle Cruise - Johnson and Blunt

As a child, I loved going on the Jungle Cruise ride at Disneyland. The friendly skipper telling corny jokes as we sailed down the river, hoping that the elephants wouldn’t squirt me with water and seeing sights like the “backside of water” – these are all parts of the ride that made it a fun experience. I’m happy to say that those same humorous elements made its way into the film version of the Jungle Cruise. The film opens in … [Read more...]
