I was provided with samples of CedarLane Egg White Omelettes. All opinions are my own.
Mornings can be kind of hectic in my household. Hit the snooze button a few times on the alarm clock, fire up the coffee maker, take the dog out in the yard for its morning ritual & then get breakfast ready for my family. As much as I’d love to make a homemade breakfast from scratch, there simply isn’t enough time during the morning (unless it’s a lazy Sunday).
Sometimes I get bored with my quick breakfast options (toast or cereal again?) & want a warm meal that is filled with protein & will keep me sustained until lunchtime. So I was really excited to have my family try out CedarLane’s Egg White Omelettes.
The Egg White Omelettes are available in four flavors:
- Green Chile, Cheese & Ranchero Sauce
- Garden Vegetable & Mozzarella
- Spinach & Mushroom
- Uncured Turkey Bacon, Vegetable & Cheese
They are super easy to prepare. Just pull them out of the freezer, pop them into the microwave & heat for 4 minutes. You also have the option to bake them in an oven, but I’m all about convenience.
Since the omelettes are made with egg whites, they clock in at around 300 calories or less. Another bonus is that they contain around 20 grams of protein per omelette.
So high in protein, low in cholesterol…oh & did I mention that they are gluten-free? Awesome-sauce!
All four flavors are tasty, but my favorite is the Green Chile, Cheese & Ranchero Sauce.
The filling is so yummy with cheddar cheese & green chiles!

So tell me, of the four CedarLane Egg White Omelettes (Green Chile, Cheese & Ranchero Sauce, Garden Vegetable & Mozzarella, Uncured Turkey Bacon and Spinach & Mushroom), which flavor would you most like to try?
