Shark Week 2018 kicks off Sunday, July 22 on the Discovery Channel with eight days of shark-themed specials. Since 1988, Discovery has celebrated the majesty & power of these powerful creatures by showcasing shark stories aimed to educate & awe viewers.
The Paley Center for Media celebrates the 30th anniversary of this awesome summer franchise with an all-new, interactive, multimedia exhibit that gives visitors a chance to “dive in” to three decades of jaw-dropping shark stories.
You can see shark-tastic props, costumes, never-before-seen photos & videos.

Shark Week’s 30th anniversary celebration will kick off on Discovery Channel on Sunday, July 22 & continue through July 29. TV shows & specials include Shaq Does Shark Week, Guy Fieri’s Feeding Frenzy, Shark Tank Meets Shark Week & Sharkwrecked.
Shark Week: 30 Years of Shark ‘N’ Awe is a FREE exhibit that runs now through July 29 August 12th! Due to overwhelming demand, this exhibit which was set to close at the end of July, has now been extended to August 12, 2018.
