I tend to live in my workout clothes. At school drop-off, you’ll see me in my yoga pants or leggings with a loose top or tank. Checking Out Drenched Fitness – aka #BritneysFaveWorkout
Last month I attended an event at Drenched Fitness in Westlake Village. During the class I alternated between running on a treadmill & floor exercises using the HIIT method (high-intensity interval training).
